For us to get to know a business, it's important that we have an initial conversation so that we can assess what stage your business is at, in order for us to be able to recommend a programme of support. This is usually undertaken via Zoom, but telephone and in person sessions are also possible. This first session is free of charge, and is a chance to see if working together would be of benefit to you.

Following the diagnostic session, Pendeloque will put together a plan for you, including how we could work together: whether it is in a number of small, regular meetings, or fewer, longer sessions. Follow on sessions are typically anything from 90 - 120 minutes, depending on what is needed and the preferred way of working.  Virtual sessions will allow for screen sharing, and all notes taken are available online for reference following a meeting.

At sessions, there will be work assigned that needs to be completed before your next session. We advise that any work is completed and given enough time and attention, as we aim to provide you with the skills to be able to answer your own questions, rather than provide you with all the answers. We want to play to your strengths, and build on areas where you may need support, and part of that process is completion of tasks and adequate preparation for sessions.
